General Information
A Toastmaster’s membership is $60 every six (6) months. Many clubs charge an additional club fee to help offset costs incurred at the club level. First-time members pay a one-time “new member” fee of $20 USD as well. The club’s Treasurer collects dues every September and March and submits them to Toastmasters International. Members may choose to pay annually as well. Members of active clubs who have paid are considered to be “in good standing” and are eligible to compete in speech contests and earn educational awards. Clubs also benefit from having paid members in terms of club recognition in the Distinguished Club Program (DCP).
