Once you initiate your S.M.A.R.T. objectives, you’ve begun your journey toward achievement and success. This chart will help you understand each of the steps in S.M.A.R.T. objectives. These steps include Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. The chart presents the key elements needed for the model to work effectively.
