Toastmasters who achieve their Competent Communicator (CC) and Competent Leader (CL) are encouraged to continue their Toastmasters journey and complete advanced manuals to earn Advanced Education Awards. As part of the Toastmasters educational program, members must deliver educational speeches to earn their Advanced Communicator Silver (ACS) and Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB).
