Building New Clubs

Build Together

Community Clubs

Community clubs can vary.  Each club follows the guidelines defined by Toastmaster International but can have different personalities.  Each club meets on a regular basis enabling members to improve presentation skills,  extemporaneous speaking  and give/ receive feedback in a supportive and positive manner.

New  clubs can be initiated by anyone with a passion for Toastmasters and  bringing people together.  New clubs will need 20+ members and a $125  charter fee. The district will support new club development.  Identify the community, space (or virtual platform) and time that works for the club. As a district, we will help you with demonstration meetings and a successful chartering process.

Corporate Clubs

Organizations from Abbott Laboratories to Zurich Insurance have seen a solid Return On Investment (ROI) in starting and supporting Toastmasters Clubs.  It is easy to start a new club in your organization that meets your time preferences and constraints. From Fortune 500 companies to local and state governments, the Toastmasters program is seen as an indispensable and economical way to help their employees advance their careers and develop professionally.
