Leadership and Education Incentives
Early Achievers
Qualifications: All Clubs that achieve Distinguished Status or better by May 15.
Target Group: Clubs
Reward: All Clubs that achieve Distinguished Status by May 15, will be awarded D30 Bucks and have their Club Name on the D30 website.
-Distinguished: 20 D30 Bucks
-SelectDistinguished: 30 D30 Bucks
-President Distinguished: 50 D30 Bucks

Open House
Qualifications: All clubs that hold an open house or other recruiting event prior to Dec 1st and gains 4 new members within a month of the date of the open house. To show that the open house or recruiting event was held the club must submit a flyer, Eventbrite link, Meetup event, etc to show the advertisement of the event. The new members will be based on the start date of the member.

Reward: The club will be eligible to receive 50 D30 Bucks

Speechcraft/ Youth Leadership Project
Qualifications: Clubs that sponsor a Speechcraft Program or Youth Leadershp Program to grow their memberships, create a community presence. To get support and verify training was completed, coordinate with Speechcraft Chair and Youth Leadership Chair.
Target Group: Clubs
Reward: D30 Bucks can be used towards program materials.
-1 program: 25 D30 Bucks
-Both programs: 75 D 30 Bucks

Membership Growth (Base=12+ members)
Qualifications: Clubs that have 12 or more members and have a net increase of 4 members
Target Group: Clubs
Reward: Will be entered in a raffle to receive an HD USB Webcam w/ Microphone (1080P). Three cameras will be awarded. The clubs name will be listed on website

Club Coach
Qualifications:Clubs that are eligible for a coach and accept a coach are able to partake in this incentive.
Target Group: Clubs
Reward:
- Eligible Club that requests a coach: 10 D30 Bucks
- End the Toastmaster year with a net increase of 3 members over the club base :10 D30 Bucks
- Ensure at least 4 officers are trained in both officer training: 10 D30 Bucks
- Achieve at least 3 educational DCP points : 10 D30 Bucks.
- Earn distinguished or higher status: 10 D30 Bucks
