The Vice President Education (VPE) is one of the most important roles within the Toastmasters club. The responsibilities of a VPE include providing support and encouragement to members as they move throughout the educational program, helping ensure quality meetings are conducted and members feel valued and continue coming back (a.k.a. retention).
